Prelude or pre-ceremony music sets the tone for the wedding ceremony while the guests are arriving and making their way onto their seats.

It is ideal to allot 30 minutes of prelude music if you are having a big wedding (200+ guests) and 15 minutes for a small wedding with less than 200 guests.

Regardless of your guest count, we recommend choosing 12 songs for the prelude. The music will entertain your guests in the case of unforeseen delays and ease them into a romantic mood.

Need to talk to the Artist?

In most cases, you don’t need to consult with the artist/s to create a playlist. But if necessary, we can arrange a conference call with the artist.​

Fill out Planning Form

Select songs from our extensive library and fill out the planning form. Once you have selected the songs, click “Submit”.​

Can't find your song on the playlist?

Send us a youtube link of your special song request and we will learn it just for you. An additional fee of up to $65 will be applied depending on the song. ​

Need to edit your music?

You may opt to replace your selected songs in our client portal.
Keep in mind that the final list of songs should be submitted 1 month before the event date.​

Confirmation

You will receive a reminder to complete the planning form 30 days before your event. Your access to the portal will expire 7 days before your event and no more changes will be allowed.​
Submit your favorite songs​
If you are a potential client or plan to book our string trio or quartet, and if your favorite songs is not part of our library yet, just send us the title and artists and our arranger will arrange the song and will add to our library. We constantly update our list.​
